Had an amazing time with friends! We enjoyed delicious meals at the diverse restaurants and loved lounging by the outdoor swimming pool. Despite some minor issues with the elevator, the comfortable vibe and warm service made our stay special. Highly recommend the spa and fitness center for a refreshing break.
The elevator situation could be a bit frustrating at times, as you had to wait longer to get to your room.

The heated pool was fantastic, and my kids couldn’t get enough of it! I also loved the spa lounge and the indoor swimming pool for relaxation. Just a heads up, the room's view was great, but there was some noise from the street during the night. 😊

great staff but location poses challenges
The staff are truly exceptional. Their friendliness and willingness to assist made our family feel welcomed and valued. One memorable highlight was Riza, who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met during our stay. Additionally, the mountain view from our room was breathtaking, adding a unique touch to our experience.
The only downside is the location, which can be challenging due to traffic.

missingWrote a review on Jun 26breakfast issuescleaning service interruptions
My stay was unfortunately marred by several issues. The breakfast service was disappointing, as I was told the buffet would open at 6 am, but it actually started 30 minutes later. Furthermore, the staff's response to my early requests for food was frustratingly inadequate. I was offered salted eggs instead of something more substantial. Additionally, the cleaning service felt intrusive, constantly knocking on my door to inquire when I’d be leaving the room. This was especially annoying since I wanted to rest due to jetlag.

would come again
The deluxe city view twin room had a private bathroom with free toiletries and a huge shower. The staff were super friendly during check-in. Loved the breakfast buffet with freshly baked pastries and hot options. The indoor swimming pool was great for a morning dip. Located near shopping centers made it super convenient for exploring.
